Waricco（わりかん、以下「本サービス」）は無料で「現状有姿」で提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。予告なく内容の変更・停止を行う場合があります。

本サービスは決済事業者ではなく、いかなる送金・取引の当事者にもなりません。本サービスは第三者の決済サービスへのリンクを生成するのみです。支払い情報の正確性は各自でご確認ください。

本サービスの利用または利用不能、誤った送金、利用者間の紛争等について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。

法令違反、詐欺、権利侵害、その他不正な目的での利用を禁止します。

本サービス、ブランド、デザイン、ソースコードに関する一切の権利は運営者に帰属します。無断複製・転用・リバースエンジニアリングを禁じます。

本規約は日本法に準拠し、（管轄裁判所を記入）を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Waricco (the “Service”) is provided free of charge and “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

The Service is not a payment processor and is not a party to any transfer or transaction. It only generates links to third-party payment services. You are responsible for verifying all payment details.

We accept no liability for any loss arising from use of or inability to use the Service, incorrect transfers, or disputes between users.

Use for any unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise improper purpose is prohibited.

All rights in the Service, its brand, design, and source code belong to the operator. Unauthorized copying, reuse, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction as specified by the operator.
